Returns

Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

     a.) Request must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
     b.) Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, Discounted and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.
     c.) Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn.
     All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within seven (7) business days.

     a.) Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit if their item meets the return requirements. 
       b) Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
     a.) All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. 
     b.) The package must be insured and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of package with the clients name visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return.
     c.)  A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.
     d.) Dazzlejewelryandco.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.

REPAIRS: 
We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from Dazzlejewelryandco.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full contact information.

PLEASE NOTE: Pending the nature of the repair, there may be a repair charge. Some items might be non-repairable.
